Utenat is built to give Norwegian students the tools they need to study smarter. We combine AI technology with pedagogical principles like spaced repetition to help you remember what you learn.
Our Story
Utenat was started with a simple idea: students deserve better tools. Traditional note-taking apps lack smart features, and international learning apps are not adapted for Norwegian students. Utenat fills this gap.

Built with Next.js and PostgreSQL. Runs on European infrastructure — the app on Vercel in Stockholm, the database on Neon in Frankfurt and files in Cloudflare R2 under EU jurisdiction. Payments via Stripe and Vipps.
